A warm, play-first nursery and primary school where Nigerian children build a love for learning before they ever sit a test — from Creche through Primary 6.
Little Sprouts opened its gates in 2012 with a single nursery class of nine children in a converted family bungalow in Enugu. Fourteen years on, we are a full Creche-to-Primary-6 school, still guided by the same founding belief: a child who feels safe and delighted will learn faster than one who feels pressured.
Our teachers blend the Nigerian Early Years and Primary curriculum with Montessori-inspired, hands-on activities — so pupils build strong numeracy and literacy foundations through play, story and discovery, not rote drilling.
Children settle in with blocks, books and puzzles as they arrive.
Phonics, counting and story time in small, age-grouped classes.
Fresh fruit and free movement in our shaded playground.
Painting, music, or simple hands-on science experiments.
A balanced hot meal followed by a short rest period.
Daily take-home notes keep parents close to every milestone.

"My daughter used to cry at drop-off everywhere else. At Little Sprouts, she runs in. That tells you everything about how safe and loved the children feel here."
"He went from barely recognising letters to reading full sentences in one term. The teachers genuinely notice each child."
"Small classes, warm staff, and a proper hot meal every single day. As a working mother, that peace of mind is priceless."
We welcome every family to spend a morning with us before enrolling — no appointment fee, no pressure.
